New feature: CRM matching

Running digital advertising campaigns don’t need to be an island. We are believers that integrating your customer relationship data into your programmatic digital advertising campaigns can help drive maximum ROI.

Which is why we are excited to announce the most recent addition to the platform – CRM Matching.

CRM Matching as an automated feature that will allow you to upload a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) list to the platform to provide Audience Insights and targetable consumer profiles on both desktop and mobile devices from your CRM data.

The CRM Matching and audience targeting solutions empower you to use your 1st party data to discover and build high-value target audiences to use within programmatic digital advertising campaigns. From there you will be able to utilize Choozle’s in-dashboard reporting to maximize content exposure to select audiences throughout multi-channel programmatic ad campaigns.



  1. Download the CRM template in the “Manage My Sites / CRM Data” option on the Insights tab.
  2. Add your list of emails using the CRM template. This can be a list of their newsletter subscribers, customers, or potential customers. Matching will append CRM data with consumer profiles on both desktop and mobile devices.
  3. View Audience Insights covering Demographics, Purchase Behaviors, and B2B information from your CRM Matched data.
  4. Employ Choozle’s programmatic advertising tools to reach your CRM Matched audience across mobile, social, display, and video.

CRM matching is available to accounts that include an Insights / CRM Data Package. Your data tier will be calculated by the number of profiles matched in the uploaded file.
