Inside the new Choozle office in RiNo, Denver

We’re officially moved into our new headquarters at Catalyst HTI in Denver, CO, and we’re excited to show you around the new Choozle office.

The neighborhood

Our new neighborhood, River North (fondly referred to as RiNo) is one of the biggest art hubs and up-and-coming districts in Denver. Named as a top neighborhood to visit by Lonely Planet, RiNo’s creative roots are strong. We’re also lucky to have some of the city’s best food and drinks at innovative places like Zeppelin Station, The Source, and Great Divide Brewery, among others.

The building

While it’s not quite finished yet, Catalyst HTI will offer restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, a gym for tenants, an event space, and more. The co-working space on the fourth floor of our building is open to all tenants. The common room includes a large kitchen space and plenty of multi-functional seating for eating, working, and events. In addition, the top floor conference space, kitchen/living room, and rooftop deck boasts incredible views of both the city and mountain-filled skyline.

The office

The Choozle office, located on the fifth floor of Catalyst HTI, offers plenty of space and creative energy for our company to continue to grow. Housing Choozle HQ is 3/4th of the entire fifth floor. With eight conference rooms and a community area that can hold 60+ people, we’re thrilled to call this space home for the next five years.

Some of our favorite features include six call/flex rooms—each with custom wallpaper, a large community table (no more sad desk lunch!), a retractable projector screen for all-team meetings, weekly lightning talks, and movie nights, two kegerators, wine & nitro coffee on tap, custom artwork by local artists at So-Gnar Creative Division, sweeping views of downtown Denver and the Rockies, and more natural light than we know what to do with.

Each conference room at the new space is named after a historic moment in Choozle’s history like Willow (our beloved favorite office dog), Gold Pan (a Breckenridge go-to during our all-team summits), and Rusty (alter-ego of our VP of Product, Travis).

Modular furniture is a must have in our new living room, so we can easily arrange the various seats and couches when necessary—because how else do you play ping pong?

Our very own VP of Product, Travis Davis, created the 'Welcome to Colorful Choozle' wooden sign that's hanging in the top left, as a nod to the iconic Colorado welcome signs

Nicknamed 'La Biblioteca', this phone booth is meant to represent a quiet library, featuring the perfect mid-century Scandinavian style chair

Originally four unique art pieces, we now have six murals in our office that combine realism with geometric art—thanks to So-Gnar Creative Division!

Our new space is filled with plants and succulents that make it feel just a bit more like home

The wallpaper in our 'Base 9' lounge room was chosen because of its resemblance to a ski chalet

Every Thursday, one Choozle employee volunteers to give a ~15-minute presentation, also known as a Lightning Talk, on any topic of their choice that's relevant to their job or the advertising industry

Several open to the public events are being hosted at our new HQ this month including Kegs with Legs on September 13th, an AMA happy hour on September 20th, and a Denver Startup Week Puppy Panel on September 26th. Mark your calendars and help us warm up our new space!
