She brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with deep expertise in performance strategy, client success, and revenue leadership. Her integrated approach drives client retention, long-term growth, and a consultative service model that connects marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes.
Previously, Tina served as Vice President of Account Management and Strategy, where she built scalable programs, led high-performing teams, and strengthened Choozle’s approach to campaign execution and strategic planning. She is known for aligning cross-functional teams and delivering results through data-driven decision-making and trusted client partnerships.
She plays a key role in shaping Choozle’s go-to-market strategy and brings a collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset to every initiative.

Annie Wissner is an accomplished and innovative B2B marketing leader with over 20 years of experience. She has proven success in start-up and enterprise environments, as well as in domestic and international markets. She is recognized for building strong brands using integrated marketing methods and ABM-centric demand generation and has a track record of establishing revenue-generating programs. A key contributor to strategic business planning, with expertise in leading, managing, and developing long-term growth plans and digital transformation.
As Vice President of Marketing, Annie oversees all corporate marketing functions at Choozle, including brand management, go-to-market strategy, product, digital, demand generation, partnerships, and media relations.
Annie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Denver and a Project Management certificate from the University of Washington.

Joe Forrester has over 20 years of broad experience working across corporations to understand their strategic, marketing, data, and technological issues while connecting strategic business needs to their corporate marketing applications and ultimately to the organization’s individual consumer to drive measurable results. He brings a unique background and perspective due to his extensive engagement in multiple technological and business disciplines.
Joe is the Executive Vice President of Technology at Choozle, where he drives innovative solutions for the company, including customer relationship management (CRM) programs and the development of next-generation cloud-based technology that enables customers to meet the company’s programmatic marketing needs.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management from Eastern Illinois University.

Jae Scarborough is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth. As Senior VP of Sales at Choozle, he leverages his strategic expertise to drive results, build high-performing teams, and lead successful sales initiatives across diverse industries.
Previously, Jae served as VP of Sales at Simpli.fi, where he played a key role in driving significant revenue growth and expanding market presence. He has also held leadership positions at industry-leading companies such as Yahoo and Monster.com, where he honed his skills in digital advertising and sales strategy. Jae holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and completed executive education at Harvard University.

Katina Lundberg, PHR, is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Choozle, where she oversees the People, Finance & Accounting, and Marketing functions. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership, with a proven ability to scale operational infrastructure, build high-performing teams, and foster a values-driven culture.
Since joining Choozle, Katina has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. In her current position, she plays a central role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities through operational leadership, cross-functional alignment, and financial oversight. Her scope includes demand generation, brand strategy, financial operations, process optimization, managing people operations, total rewards, and organizational governance, all focused on scaling the business and driving long-term performance.
Katina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Colorado University.

Adam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and held two other roles at Choozle — Chief Client Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Throughout his tenure at Choozle, he’s been improving the way that advertisers buy media through the Choozle platform. He has led initiatives to ensure that Choozle leads the space in terms of being a consultative partner that helps ensure the effective deployment of media through a combination of omnichannel planning, targeting best practices, upfront goal setting, and effective measurement.
Adam was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Wunderman Thompson, a multinational agency that focuses on building real-time solutions at web scale. He joined Choozle with the aim of making industrial-grade advertising solutions available to regional and local businesses in an easy-to-use and coherent manner. He saw this as an opportunity to bring a significant change in the Advertising Technology market, to help companies grow.
