Tina Starr is the Chief Executive Officer of Choozle, where she guides the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term growth. With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, media, and technology, she is known for aligning teams around clear priorities, elevating performance standards, and delivering measurable outcomes for brands and agencies.
Before becoming CEO, Tina served as Executive Vice President of Revenue. She unified Sales, Account Management, and Media Solutions into a single integrated organization designed to improve performance, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth. She advanced Choozle’s market position by championing transparency, improving inventory quality, and expanding access to advanced measurement, enabling clients to connect investments to real business impact. She also built a deeper leadership bench and supported the advancement of women into senior roles.
Earlier, Tina served as Vice President of Account Management and Strategy, where she developed scalable programs, improved campaign execution, and led teams that consistently delivered stronger retention, revenue growth, and client outcomes. Before joining Choozle, she held senior roles at Next Step and HumanDesign and contributed to Google’s Premier Partner Program, shaping standards that influenced the broader performance marketing industry.
Tina is a collaborative and data-informed leader who combines strategic clarity with operational rigor. She mentors emerging leaders through Upnotch and DECA and has supported organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Alpha Chi Omega. As CEO, she leads Choozle with a people-first mindset, ensuring that technology strengthens expertise and enables the company’s next era of innovation and customer-focused growth.

Annie Wissner is an accomplished and innovative B2B marketing leader with over 20 years of experience. She has proven success in start-up and enterprise environments, as well as in domestic and international markets. She is recognized for building strong brands using integrated marketing methods and ABM-centric demand generation and has a track record of establishing revenue-generating programs. A key contributor to strategic business planning, with expertise in leading, managing, and developing long-term growth plans and digital transformation.
As Vice President of Marketing, Annie oversees all corporate marketing functions at Choozle, including brand management, go-to-market strategy, product, digital, demand generation, partnerships, and media relations.
Annie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Denver and a Project Management certificate from the University of Washington.

Joe Forrester has over 20 years of broad experience working across corporations to understand their strategic, marketing, data, and technological issues while connecting strategic business needs to their corporate marketing applications and ultimately to the organization’s individual consumer to drive measurable results. He brings a unique background and perspective due to his extensive engagement in multiple technological and business disciplines.
Joe is the Executive Vice President of Technology at Choozle, where he drives innovative solutions for the company, including customer relationship management (CRM) programs and the development of next-generation cloud-based technology that enables customers to meet the company’s programmatic marketing needs.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management from Eastern Illinois University.

Martin Smith is the VP, Strategic Sales & Solutions at Choozle, where he leads the development of unique strategies designed to drive growth for clients and partners. He brings over 30 years of experience at the leading edge of innovation in media, data, and technology, with a proven ability to lead revenue teams and drive business transformations through the effective application of data.
Since joining Choozle, Martin has focused on scaling adoption of the new technology platform and service framework. He plays a central role in helping advertisers and their agencies maximize their investments in acquiring and developing customer relationships. His scope includes strategic sales leadership and revenue operations, all focused on scaling the business and driving long-term performance through technological innovation.
Previously, Martin held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Choreograph, General Manager at Wunderman Thompson Data, and SVP of Business Development at TruEffect. He is a veteran of companies in growth phases such as Apple, Audible, MatchLogic, and the Lowe Group, spanning both agency and client-side roles. Martin earned a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from the University of London.

Katina Lundberg, PHR, is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Choozle, where she oversees the People, Finance & Accounting, and Marketing functions. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership, with a proven ability to scale operational infrastructure, build high-performing teams, and foster a values-driven culture.
Since joining Choozle, Katina has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. In her current position, she plays a central role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities through operational leadership, cross-functional alignment, and financial oversight. Her scope includes demand generation, brand strategy, financial operations, process optimization, managing people operations, total rewards, and organizational governance, all focused on scaling the business and driving long-term performance.
Katina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Colorado University.

Nicole Hampton is the Vice President of Account Management & Media Solutions at Choozle, where she oversees the strategy and execution of client success and integrated media initiatives. She brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and executive leadership, with a proven ability to develop profitable advertising solutions, manage complex vendor relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Since joining Choozle, Nicole has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Integrated Media Solutions. In her current position, she plays a central role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities through cross-functional alignment and the development of high-performing digital products. Her scope includes product strategy, account management, and process optimization, all focused on scaling the business and delivering results for both large brands and small businesses.
Before Choozle, Nicole held executive roles, including VP of Operations and Client Success at Interactive Circle and Director of Digital Product Strategy at Valpak, where she led initiatives generating $20M in revenue. Her career also includes leadership at Cox Media Group. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University and studied Broadcast Production at Loyola University New Orleans.
